When ordering, give model number, color, trim color, quantity and price along with fabric from model specifications.
1. ADDITIONAL COLORS AND SCREEN CHARGES: 1-500 500+Additional colors $.80 (V) $.60 (V) Additional screens and set up charges**
(No charge on reorders placed within a 16 month period).
2. ARTWORK: To assure quality imprinting and avoid additional charges for touch-up, mail camera ready to size artwork. Fax, photo copies, letterhead, etc, are not considered camera ready art. Multi-colored imprints: artwork must be camera ready, color separated to size.
Artwork that needs any touch up will incur charges of $50 per hour.
3. MONOGRAMMING OR EMBROIDERY AVAILABLE: Write or call distributor for price.
4. EMBLEM OR PATCH SEWING AVAILABLE: $.50 (v) per emblem sewing charge.
5. WOVEN STRAPPING AVAILABLE: Write or call distributor for price.
6. SAMPLES AND CATALOGS: Samples available, contact factory.
7. IDENTIFICATION: Distributor and his customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork submitted and shall indemnify, defend and hold manufacturer and its officers, shareholders, employees and agent harmless from and against any claims, damages and costs, including attorney’s fees and costs in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.
